Yemima for Elul:
Building Resilience for a Sensitive Heart
THIS COHORT IS FULL AND REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
Please join Rahmana for other programs throughout Elul and this season
Mondays, August 25 - September 15
8:00-9:30pm
Join us for a learning cohort in preparation for the High Holidays as we enter the season to grow our capacity to look honestly at the world and at ourselves. Our work together is intimate and internal, and also allows more discernment and sustained presence in relationships, and in the impact we seek to effect beyond ourselves. Bring a journal and pen.
Our learning cohort will gather for four consecutive weeks leading up to Rosh Hashana with small practices for us to engage in between sessions. This cohort will be capped to allow for a connected group.
Located in the Hilltop neighborhood, address shared following registration.
About Yemima Learning
Yemima Avital z''l was a teacher and healer who taught orally, teaching Torah for the inner landscape. When we do Yemima learning, we continue the oral tradition by listening to the words of her teachings, writing them down, and harvesting - through writing - our own insight in response. We then choose what to share with the group and hear each other's understanding of and inspiration from her teachings. In our learning, we become an intergenerational women’s wisdom circle.
Yemima told her learners to contribute for one month of weekly learning what they would pay for one session of therapy. Please consider this as you choose your contribution level.
